NEW MUSIC: KILEOLESHE BY TAKE 5

Take 5 is a group that started on the Campus of Ahmadu Bello University some few years ago, I can say that God brought these young men and women together and gave them a mission to ‘Minister in melody’, that’s why if you have been in any of their ministrations you will not help but be dazzled with the way the raise worship with sweet melody and great composition.
The “Imela” crooners are at it again, this time around with “Kileoleshe” which was produced by 2 Blaze.
“Kileoleshe” simply asks the question “is there anything God cannot do?” And obviously we know the answer, there’s nothing that our God cannot do.

THE POWER OF THE MIND

The mind is a complex cognitive faculty that enables consciousness, thinking, reasoning, perception and judgment. It works with the physical senses to receive information of what happens in our natural world.
It’s a re-creative faculty which responds to thoughts and desires, when these thoughts become regular it somehow begins to materialise in the physical, that is why  wise men have said “dominant thoughts rule the day” and “as a man thinks, so is he”. Solomon admonished us to guard our hearts with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life, that is to infer that we are a sum total product of what goes on in our minds.
Every act we partake in, whether good or bad starts from a thought in the mind, so as people who aspire for greatness, we should watch our thoughts and thought pattern which is greatly influenced by what we read, watch and hear, this will help inspire thoughts of positive self esteem and self worth and belief that we can do whatever we want to do through God who gives us strength. The Bible gives us a line of thought which is to think of things that are true, things that are honourable, things that are pure, thinking on these changes our perspective and makes us better equipped to respond to life challenges the way God expects us to.
As said earlier, the mind interacts with our physical world through our senses, so keeping positive interactions and meditating on the Word of God will help steer of our lives towards the God side which will improve our general outlook of life.
